femfitness is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using this app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use femfitness.
2. Description of Service
femfitness is a cycle-aware fitness and wellness application designed to help women understand their menstrual cycle and optimize their health, fitness, and nutrition accordingly. The app provides personalized daily insights, workout guidance, nutrition recommendations, symptom tracking, and AI-powered coaching based on the user's cycle phase and health profile.
3. Not Medical Advice
femfitness is a wellness and fitness application. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Specifically:
The content provided by femfitness, including insights, recommendations, and AI-generated responses, is for informational and wellness purposes only.
femfitness does not replace the advice of a qualified healthcare professional.
Always consult your doctor or licensed healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health management plan, particularly if you have a diagnosed medical condition.
femfitness LLC expressly disclaims any liability for actions taken based on information provided through the app.
4. Your Data — Our Commitment to You
femfitness LLC does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose. Your health information — including your cycle data, medical conditions, body weight, and symptom history — belongs to you.
Your data is used solely to provide you with the features and functionality of the femfitness app. We do not monetize your personal information in any form.
Please note that femfitness uses certain third-party service providers to operate the app, including but not limited to:
- Firebase (Google LLC) — for user authentication and data storage
- Anthropic — for AI-powered coaching features
Apple Inc. — for App Store distribution, in-app purchases, and HealthKit integration
These third-party providers operate under their own privacy policies and terms of service. femfitness LLC is not responsible for the data practices of these providers. We encourage you to review their policies independently.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
- Annual Plan: $99.00 per year
- Monthly Plan: $6.99 per month
- Free Trial: 7 days, available to new subscribers only
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will be charged through your Apple App Store account. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store subscription settings.
femfitness LLC does not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by Apple's App Store refund policies.
6. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during onboarding and account setup
- Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only
Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the app
Not use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
7. Intellectual Property
All content within femfitness — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, condition-specific copy, cycle phase insights, AI responses, the femfitness name, and the FF monogram logo — is the intellectual property of femfitness LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the app without express written permission from femfitness LLC.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
femfitness is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. femfitness LLC does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content or recommendations provided through the app.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, femfitness LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to damages for personal injury, health outcomes, loss of data, or loss of revenue. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
11. Changes to These Terms
femfitness LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app or by email. Your continued use of femfitness after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Termination
femfitness LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
